On April 26, 2001, by Decree №124 of the Board of Directors of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus the college was reorganized into the Pinsk State Higher Banking College of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus on the basis of which the Banking faculty was founded in 2006.

Now the faculty provides training for 2114 students, 1354 of them are full-time students and 760 – part-time students.

COURSES OF THE BANKING FACULTY

Today the Banking faculty offers the following courses:

First level programmes (4 years, 8 semesters):

- "FINANCE AND CREDIT" (specializations "Finance" and "Banking");

- "ACCOUNTING, ANALYSIS AND AUDIT" (specialization "Accounting, analysis and audit in industry").

Second level programme (Master’s programme) (1,5 years, 3 semesters):

- Master of Science in FINANCE, MONEY CIRCULATION AND CREDIT

Third level (Postgraduate programme) (3 years):

- Candidate of Science degree (considered here as equivalent to PhD) in FINANCE, MONEY CIRCULATION AND CREDIT

DEPARTMENTS:

- Department of banking, headed by Natalya Davydova, PhD;
- Department of finance, headed by Mariya Samokhovets, PhD;
- Department of accounting, analysis and audit, headed by Natalya Maltsevich, PhD;
- Department of higher mathematics and information technologies, headed by Eduard Musafirov, PhD;
- Department of foreign languages, headed by Olga Khmel.

LABORATORIES:

- Scientific and applied research laboratory "Finance and banking";
- "Educational and training bank".

The Banking faculty has good and lasting contacts with its international partners from Germany, Russia, Ukraine and other countries. Cooperation with them contributes greatly to the development of the faculty and the university as a whole.
